Your MVP in 20 days.
Not 6 months.

For founders who want to test an idea, not learn to code. We design, build, and ship — while you focus on your users.

01 — The problem

You’ve had the idea for months.

You’ve bookmarked the tutorials. Maybe started a course. Sketched the wireframes in your notes app at 1 a.m. more times than you’d admit.

But you’re still not built. Still not testing. Still not learning whether your idea actually works.

Meanwhile, the market moves. Competitors ship. The window narrows.

The problem isn’t your idea. It’s the six-month tax between “I want to build this” and “I have something to show real users.”

02 — What you get in 20 days

A working product your users can sign up for, pay for, and actually use.

The product
01
  • 2 core user flows
The main thing your product does plus one supporting flow, built end-to-end.
  • Custom UI
Designed to your direction, built to look premium — not templated.
  • Mobile-responsive
Works on phones, tablets, and desktops out of the box.
The plumbing
02
  • Login system
Users can sign up and log in (email + password).
  • Database + dashboard
Where your users' data lives, and where they see it.
  • Payment integration
Razorpay or Stripe — whichever works for your setup.
  • 1 external connection
Connect to AI, email, SMS, or one other tool of your choice.
The launch
03
  • Live on your custom domain
Deployed and ready for real users.
  • 1 round of revisions
Refine the design or flow after seeing v1.
  • Full handover
You own the code, credentials, and everything after launch.

Everything above is included in the base price. Extra features, integrations, or scope changes are priced separately — you’ll see exactly what and why before we start.

03 — How it works

Three touchpoints. One clear outcome.

Day zero

Kickoff — 45 min

After the discovery call, if we're a fit, we book a 45-minute kickoff to lock down what you're building. You share your idea, inspiration, and any brand details. We agree on the two user flows, the payment method, and the one external tool.

Pay 30% to start the build.
10
Day ten

Preview

You get a live link to see the product taking shape — real design, real flows, real functionality. You give feedback on anything you want changed.

Pay 40%.
20
Day twenty

Launch

Your MVP goes live on your domain. You get everything: the code, the credentials, and full ownership. You're live.

Pay the final 30% before handover.

Payment split: 30% upfront, 40% at Day 10 preview, 30% at Day 20 launch. No 40-page contracts. No weekly status meetings. Just three touchpoints, one clear outcome.

Why don’t I just build it with AI myself?

Fair question. You can.

But here’s the truth: learning to ship a real app — not just a demo, but something users can actually pay for — takes 4 to 6 months. Auth that doesn’t break. Payments that work with Indian cards. A UI that doesn’t look like a college project. Deployment that survives 100 users hitting it at the same time.

While you spend those 4 to 6 months learning, someone with an identical idea ships in 3 weeks and starts getting real feedback.

The tools are cheap. Time isn’t.

04 — Case study

Unchurnly

An MVP shipped in 20 days.

The idea

Indie SaaS founders lose 5–10% of their monthly revenue to churn — half of it to failed payments, half to voluntary cancellations. Tools like Baremetrics, ChurnBuster, and ProfitWell exist to solve this, but they’re priced for larger companies with dedicated finance teams. Nothing simple, affordable, and AI-native existed for the indie tier.

Unchurnly was built to fill that gap: a lightweight churn-recovery tool for solo founders and small SaaS teams. Two core features — AI-personalized dunning emails to recover failed payments, and customizable cancel flows to catch voluntary churn before it happens.

What got built

Four surfaces that make the product feel finished — public signup, an operator dashboard, a decision-tree cancel-flow builder, and a brand-voice onboarding that powers every AI email.

Unchurnly signup page with Google OAuth and email sign-up options
01
Signup page
The public-facing product — clean signup with Google OAuth or email, clear value proposition, and a design that founders trust with their payment data.
Unchurnly analytics dashboard showing MRR protected, recovery ROI, and active dunning sequences
02
Analytics dashboard
The main dashboard where SaaS operators see MRR protected, recovery ROI, offer acceptance rate, and active dunning sequences at a glance. Real-time recovery activity chart, at-risk revenue tracking, and per-customer sequence progress.
Unchurnly cancel flow configuration screen with retention offers and reason-to-offer mapping
03
Cancel Flows configuration
Configurable retention offers — pause billing, discount codes, support redirects — with a reason-to-offer mapping that shows different customers different retention strategies based on why they're cancelling. Not a static flow; a decision tree the operator controls.
Unchurnly brand voice onboarding screen showing selectable tone presets
04
Brand voice onboarding
The onboarding that powers the 'AI-personalized' claim — operators pick 1–2 brand voices (Casual/Friendly, Urgent/Direct, Clinical/Secure, Developer-to-Developer) and every generated email adapts to match. Not generic dunning templates. Personalized to each brand.
The stack
Claude CodeClaude DesignSupabaseVercelStripe

Claude Code for backend and application logic. Claude Design for UI. Supabase for database and auth. Vercel for hosting. Stripe for payments. AI handled the code; the human handled architecture, product decisions, integrations, and every debugging session in between.

What got hard

Stripe integration in India

Stripe OAuth Connect is invite-only for Indian Stripe accounts — the standard integration path most SaaS tutorials assume doesn’t work here. We rebuilt the entire Stripe integration using restricted API keys, which meant a different auth model, a different setup flow for users, and different security considerations. Slower to build, but shipped without a blocker.

UI rebuild

The first version worked functionally but looked like a prototype. Indie SaaS founders won’t hand over their payment data to a tool that looks unfinished. We rebuilt the entire interface from scratch to hit a premium, trustworthy feel — same features, completely different perceived value.

The result

A working SaaS built and shipped in 20 days. Signup, auth, Stripe integration, AI-personalized email generation, cancel flow builder, analytics dashboard, full onboarding — all live at unchurnly.com.

From idea to production in three weeks.

Why this matters for you

Unchurnly is proof of what’s possible when you compress the build. Same tools we’d use for your MVP. Same 20-day timeline. Same shipping discipline.

The difference: your MVP tests your idea, not ours.

06 — FAQ

Questions,
answered.

What if I'm not sure my idea is worth building?

That's exactly what an MVP is for — to find out. If you were sure, you wouldn't need to test it. We build MVPs specifically for founders who want to validate before committing years. On the discovery call, we'll help you figure out if what you have is testable in 20 days or if it needs sharpening first.

What if I don't have wireframes, designs, or a technical spec?

Most of our clients don't. On the kickoff call, we walk you through what we need — a clear description of the two user flows, any inspiration for the look and feel, and your brand colors if you have them. That's it. We handle the design decisions from there.

What happens after Day 20? Do you keep supporting the product?

After launch, you own everything — code, credentials, hosting, domain. We hand over full documentation and a 30-minute walkthrough call. For the first 7 days post-launch, we fix any bugs from our build for free. Beyond that, if you want ongoing support or new features, we offer separate care plans (₹5,000/month) — but there's no obligation.

What if I want more than two user flows?

Each additional flow is +₹4,000. If your MVP genuinely needs 4–5 flows, it may not be an MVP anymore — it's a full product. We'll flag that on the discovery call and either help you cut scope or price it honestly.

Can you work with my existing codebase or tools?

We build MVPs from scratch, on our stack (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel). We're not the right fit if you already have a codebase you want us to add to, or if you're locked into specific tools. If that's your situation, we'll say so and point you toward someone better suited.

What if I miss a payment milestone or need to pause the project?

The project pauses until the milestone is paid. If a payment is delayed beyond 7 days, the project may be cancelled — deposits are non-refundable. If you need to pause for legitimate reasons (funding delay, personal emergency), tell us — we'll figure something out. We're humans.

What if you disappear or the project falls apart?

Fair question. Two things: (1) You pay in milestones, not upfront, so your maximum exposure at any point is 30-40% of the project. (2) Everything we build goes into a shared GitHub repo you have access to from Day 0. Worst case, you have working code you can hand to another developer. You're never locked out of your own product.
